i just got two vertical tragus piercings, and i must admit that they look awesome! (if not a little sore). it hurt--a lot...but not unbearably at all. Very uncomfortable i must admit, however definitly worth it. If you're going to pierce your tragus, get it done vertically....it's so unique and looks amazing! (i recommend going to Jesse at Hardcore on Richmand....he did my nipples and vertical clitoral hood...my hero forever!!)GO FOR IT...it's wicked!
