hey i just got my tounge pierced like an hour ago. earlier today i was on this website reading all u guys posts about getting ur tounge. i only have 3 other piercings, thats on my ears, (i mean 3 on each ear) and i love to get them pierced. i have a lot more but after a while i took them out for a while and the holes closed so i guess ive had my ears pierced like 10 times. ok anyway i love getting pierced, i dont know just something about the way it feels right when its done, like 'oh my gosh i really did it' kinda thing, and i really really have been wanting something else pierced on my face. first i was gonna get i think it's called monroe, its like in between ur lip and ur nose, but way off to the side. but then i kinda decided to wait a while for that. then i was thinking my chin (ok i know its not called that but i dont know all those names for it) but anyway u get the idea. but then i was like im not really sure, and so if im not really sure about it then i probably shouldn't get something that everyone will be able to see. so my last option was my tounge. i told my mom and she was saying that im gross and that would hurt so much and all this stuff, and i was like no mom i read online most people say it doesnt hurt, and a few of my friends have it too and they said it doesnt hurt either. so ANYWAY i couldn't wait any longer to go, the more i waited the more nervous i got. so finally i went and i got it done, he didn't really explain it all to me but thats cool i just made sure he was using sterilized stuff and all that. when he was getting all that stuff out of the baggy i tried not to look at the needle but i accidently saw it, so i looked away really fast. he told me to inhale through my nose and exhale through my mouth a few times. so i did, and i closed my eyes,and he shoved that thing through my tounge. i dont know what all u guys r saying about the clamp hurt the most. it didn't hurt me at all. anyway he put the bar through and then put on the little barbells and i was done! it kinda bled a little but that was over soon. it didn't hurt that much, i mean a little but i dont even remember the pain now or how it felt, so dont be scared of the pain of getting it done. it was a cool experience when it heals im gonna get something else done, i dont know what but i love piercings, and in a few months im getting this bad tat and i can't wait!
