Hey!I got my tongue peirced about 3-months ago.My dad took me to go get it done, along with my little brother.So I filled out a bunch of forms because I'm only 14-years old, and after I got done doing all of that dumb , the peircer took me back into a room, and sat me down in a dentist looking chair.He adjusted the clamps to fit my tongue and then he dryed my tongue off with a cloth.He then put the clamps on,(which only pinched they didn't hurt), and took out a little rod looking thing that was metal, hollow,and very small,maybe about 3-inches long.He pulled my tongue out a little way and told me to take a deep breath,and as I took a deep breath he shoved the thing through and put in my tongue ring.I thought that it was going to hurt like a bitch... bad,and when I got there I almost backed out of it,but it's only a little pinch in general nothing that anybody couldn't handle,because I can't stand pain and if I can get it done anybody can.And I also didn't have mine numbed either because the peircer said that it's so quick, that there is no point in numbing it.But I'm glad that I didn't back out of getting it done because I love playing with it and the attention that I get from it!
