There isn't much on guiches, but I have had mine for maybe 10 yrs or so. I had mine done professionally, and didn't do it in the doggy position. The piercer had me sit on the edge of the table, legs wide apart, and did it like that. It bled a bit after, but not more than I could handle. healing took a fair time, as in about 6 months. I have since stretched it up to 0g in the past. Actually it stretched all by itself. I also pierced my scrotum ten times between then and now, but have retired the scrotals. the guiche is pretty nice to have at this point,,,,no discomfort, but no real sexual feelings either. I keep it for personal reasons. I now have a 6g ring in it, and may go back to bigger gauges in the future, I don't know. I love it to be sure, and I would hate to be without it, as it is a kind of personal "thumbing of the nose" at society for me.
